TC IOP Treatment Services

This population faces additional challenges and obstacles than other addicts who have never been incarcerated such as barriers to housing, employment, and negative social stigma. Rising Phoenix will fill this gap in treatment services by providing support for this population via the therapeutic community philosophies set forth by George De Leon in his various works and the foundational TC concepts of “community as method” and “right living.”

TC IOP treatment services will be using the 10 Principles of Recovery curriculum. View information about the curriculum here

Employment Assistance

The felon-friendly employment network is a network of employers in the Casper area who are willing to give former felons a second chance. They provide employment opportunities at a livable wage so the individual has the ability to return to a former career or learn a new skill while earning enough money to continue to pay off fines or restitution and also meet current financial obligations. Mentoring and job coaching are also services that can be provided by some employers so the individual has the ability to integrate back into society with even more support than those who do not take advantage of FFEN opportunities.

The current focus of Rising Phoenix Therapeutic Community & Rescue Center is on Intensive OutPatient treatment services. However, once IOP has started, we'll shift focus to developing our aftercare program too! :)
